Changes Wellbeing & Friendship Group – Shepshed

A group meet up every Wednesday at the Glenmore centre in Shepshed. To encourage friendship, socialising and wellbeing. Particularly for people living in isolation or with mental health issues.

Activities on the day including: Crafts, Cooking, Local visits, Tai Chi and Quizzes.

Cost (which includes refreshments and materials): Just £1.50
