Youth Mental Health First Aid Course

The youth MHFA course has been developed to explore common mental health conditions experienced by young people and provide information on how to prevent or intervene when necessary.

Topics covered include:

What is mental health?

Anxiety and depression, suicide and psychosis and self harm, substance misuse and eating disorders.

This course is suitable for anyone 16+: volunteers, coaches or anyone working with children or young adults.
