What is involved?
This kind of creative writing can be good for your wellbeing and relaxation. It is for anyone
of any writing ability. It is not about creating a finished product but using the process of
writing, in a supported environment, as a way to calm the mind.
This writing can:
· Help to reduce stress & anxiety.
· Be relaxing & calming – by taking us out of our racing thoughts and focussing
on something else.
Help to free up the mind, dump mental clutter, clarify, untangle and organise our thoughts
and ultimately, be a release.
What others have said about this Course:
“I was taken out of my busy thoughts, and transported right into a memory, I feel relaxed
and it hardly took a minute!”
“Writing today has reminded me of all the things I have done…Feeling nostalgic”
“Memory is a funny thing…one word can set you off remembering”
“I was reminded that my mind is a powerful thing and when I use it creatively, it can help to
heal my life….. if I let it!”
